Ribolla Gialla DOC Collio Goriziano
It presents a bright straw yellow color, with golden hues that hint at its intensity. On the nose it opens with notes of ripe fruit and aromatic herbs, enhanced by delicate iodine notes. The palate is rich and enveloping, in perfect continuity with the nose: fresh, easy-drinking, supported by a well-defined minerality that accompanies a long and pleasant persistence.
It pairs elegantly with seafood appetizers, elaborate first courses, and semi-aged cheeses, served at 14/16°C.
When stored horizontally, away from light and at temperatures not exceeding 18°C, it keeps its qualities intact for 6–8 years.
