Processing is carried out using IT and/or paper-based tools, following logic strictly related to the purposes indicated, and in any case in a way that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. Data submitted through the contact form is managed by the SureForms plugin, installed and running directly on the website’s server.
Data retention
Data collected through the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the period required by applicable legal obligations, unless the Controller has a documented legitimate interest in retaining it longer (e.g. management of any disputes).
Data disclosure and transfer
Personal data is not disclosed to the public. It may be shared with third parties carrying out outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller (e.g. hosting providers, technical website maintenance), appointed as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR where applicable.
Transfer of data outside the EU
The website does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless otherwise specified in the Cookie Policy in relation to specific third-party services that may be activated in the future.
Data subject rights
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain at any time, pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR:
