Barone di Schönberg DOC Collio Goriziano

It presents an intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable. On the nose it is complex and layered: hints of ripe red fruit and jam intertwine with sweet spice and notes of tobacco. On the palate it is warm, smooth, and savory, supported by mature, velvety tannins that carry the sip with elegance.

Ideal with red meat, roasts, braised dishes, feathered game, and aged cheeses, it should be served at 16/18°C. When stored horizontally, away from light and at temperatures not exceeding 18°C, it can offer great rewards for up to 10 years from the harvest.
