Collio Bianco

DOC Collio Goriziano

A blend of Friulano, Malvasia, and Ribolla from the historic 1938 vineyard on Monte Quarin, co-vinified together for a true field blend in the cellar. Straw yellow with golden hues, it opens with floral and herbaceous notes, rosemary and hints of the sea, closing fresh and mineral on the palate with a citrusy finish. Ideal with soups, baked fish, and asparagus.

Collio Bianco DOC Collio Goriziano

To the eye it presents an intense straw yellow, crossed by bright golden hues that already hint at its character. On the nose it is a succession of sensations: ripe fruit opens the bouquet, intertwined with notes of aromatic herbs, before giving way to a delicate iodine breath, almost evoking the sea breeze that caresses these hills.

The palate confirms all the promises of the nose: full and assertive, yet surprisingly fresh and easy-drinking, supported by a clean, well-defined minerality that carries the palate through a long, enveloping persistence capable of leaving a lasting impression.

A wine that finds its fullest expression alongside seafood appetizers, elaborate first courses, and semi-aged cheeses, always served at 14/16°C.

Carefully stored, lying horizontally, away from light and at temperatures not exceeding 18°C, it can still deliver intact emotions even 6–8 years after the harvest.
