Malvasia Istriana “Serica” DOC Collio Goriziano
It presents an intense straw yellow color, enhanced by golden hues. On the nose it offers ripe fruit and aromatic herbs, tinged with a delicate iodine note that evokes the nearby sea. The palate confirms the impressions of the nose: rich and assertive, yet fresh and easy-drinking, supported by a well-defined minerality that accompanies a long, enveloping persistence.
It pairs elegantly with seafood appetizers, elaborate first courses, and semi-aged cheeses, served at 14/16°C. When stored horizontally, away from light and at temperatures not exceeding 18°C, it keeps its qualities intact for 6–8 years.
