Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso
IGT Venezia Giulia
It presents a ruby red color. On the nose it is complex and intense, with hints of ripe red fruit and jam, accompanied by spice and delicate notes of chocolate. On the palate it is warm and smooth, well balanced by mature tannins and a pleasant acidity that gives the sip freshness.
Perfect with red meat, roasts, braised dishes, game, and aged cheeses, it should be served at 16/18°C. When stored horizontally, away from light and at temperatures not exceeding 18°C, it keeps its qualities intact for up to 10 years from the harvest.
