Friulano DOC Collio Goriziano
It presents a delicate straw yellow color, with green and golden hues, bright and with fine texture. On the nose it is intense, broad, and elegant: notes of aromatic herbs and peach intertwine with hints of almond, closing on a subtle touch of iodine. The palate echoes the same fragrances perceived on the nose, in a fresh sip, supported by a well-defined minerality and excellent persistence.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs elegantly with a selection of cured meats, foie gras pâté, seafood appetizers, and elaborate first courses. It should be served at 12/14°C and, when stored horizontally, away from light and at temperatures not exceeding 18°C, it keeps its qualities intact for 6–8 years.
